The afternoon tea is served in three courses:
1st course – savoury bites
Savoury creations made from local, seasonal ingredients.
2nd course – JOHN signature desserts
Guest favourites, including the iconic JOHN honey cake, which has become the restaurant’s signature dessert.
3rd course – sweets
A selection of sweets and confections to complete the afternoon journey of flavours.
